Togetherwork is seeking an experienced, highly autonomous Senior Product Manager to lead complex, high-impact product initiatives across its portfolio. This role will own multi-quarter product strategies, shape long-term roadmap direction, and partner deeply with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver meaningful customer and business outcomes.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex SaaS or software products.
- Demonstrated success building and executing multi-quarter product strategies.
- Experience operating in multi-product, cross-functional environments with senior stakeholders.
- Strong customer research, product analytics, and experiment design expertise.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without formal authority.
- Deep experience with backlog management, requirements development, and end-to-end delivery.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve product workflows or outcomes (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve multi-quarter strategic product roadmaps aligned to portfolio goals and market opportunities.
- Translate complex strategic objectives into clear product themes, initiatives, and measurable outcomes.
- Identify emerging customer needs, competitive shifts, and market trends to inform new product investments.
- Lead rigorous product discovery using qualitative research, quantitative data, experimentation, and prototyping.
- Define detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for complex initiatives.
- Partner closely with Product Owners, Designers, and Engineering to ensure feasibility, clarity, and timely delivery.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate discovery, research synthesis, segmentation, and analysis.
