Requirements
- Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, vector databases, embeddings, RAG architecture, and generative design patterns
- Experience collaborating with to ship AI-powered products
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization including data science and ML engineering teams, analytics and UX/CX
- Experience using data and analytics tools
- Familiarity with open-source AI stacks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face)
- Familiarity with cloud AI services (Azure/OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI)
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (GDPR, AI Act)
Responsibilities
- Lead a collaborative, cross-functional and high performance team working with data scientists, ML engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable GenAI applications
- Define, deliver and scale AI powered products and platforms
- Work with data scientists, ML engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions
- Drive business results through data-driven decision making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization including data science and ML engineering teams, analytics and UX/CX
- Use data and analytics tools to generate objective and actionable evidence for fast and data-driven decision making
- Identify organizational and process changes required to successfully realize the benefits of a solution
Other
- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 1-2 years working on AI/ML or GenAI initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
