Tubi is looking to enhance its AI/ML models to deliver hyper-personalized experiences across its platform, specifically focusing on improving homepage discovery and personalization systems, and supporting cross-team ML initiatives through LLM-powered foundational data.
Requirements
- strong background in AI/ML-driven personalization and content discovery.
- Strong expertise in product experimentation, including A/B testing and iterative development, with the ability to break down a big picture vision into testable hypotheses.
- Experience with large-scale data systems and familiarity with LLMs and foundational models.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for using ML/AI to deeply understand data and signals across content and viewers, laddering up to our topline company goals and metrics.
- Own the metadata and models that inform our ML and AI systems, ensuring they effectively power personalized recommendations across various user touchpoints.
- Implement a high rate of experimentation to validate hypotheses, learn from user behavior, and iterate on product features.

- This is a hybrid role based out of our San Francisco office.
- Partner closely with content team to help inform our content strategy and catalog
- Foster a cohesive and high-performing cross-functional team by leading and collaborating with XFN teams across other product teams including product, engineering, design, and data science, as well as closely work with the content teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; proven ability to influence across technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience in the consumer video or entertainment industry is a plus.
