Requirements
- Strong understanding of agile development practices
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and product analytics platforms
- Experience working in or with digital agencies, consultancies, or fast-paced product organizations
- Experience with web-based applications including data-driven websites/portals, web services, content management systems (CMS), contact relationship management (CRM), e-commerce (EC), membership management, and online community solutions
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2) and inclusive product practices
- Experience with various levels of quality assurance testing and developing QA test plans
- Experience with AI product use cases such as search optimization, recommendation systems, intelligent content delivery, or workflow automation
Responsibilities
- Own the client product strategy and roadmap for AI-powered solutions
- Translate complex requirements into clear product plans, epics, and user stories
- Identify opportunities to embed AI across platforms and workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, human-centered products
- Lead agile ceremonies and ensure delivery momentum
- Validate product outcomes through continuous iteration, stakeholder feedback, and defined success metrics
Other
- 5–7 years of product management experience leading cross-functional digital teams
- 1–3 years of proven experience bringing AI-powered products from zero to one and scaling from one to n
- Proven ability to simplify complex requirements and communicate clearly across stakeholder groups
- CSPO or equivalent certification preferred
- Travel (approx. 15% - 25%) when required
- Physical demands: frequently remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods of time
