The company is looking to advance the human experience through digital experiences, and this role will lead the strategy, definition, and delivery of intelligent digital products that leverage AI.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of agile development practices
  • Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and product analytics platforms
  • Experience working in or with digital agencies, consultancies, or fast-paced product organizations
  • Experience with web-based applications including data-driven websites/portals, web services, content management systems (CMS), contact relationship management (CRM), e-commerce (EC), membership management, and online community solutions
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2) and inclusive product practices
  • Experience with various levels of quality assurance testing and developing QA test plans
  • Experience with AI product use cases such as search optimization, recommendation systems, intelligent content delivery, or workflow automation

Responsibilities

  • Own the client product strategy and roadmap for AI-powered solutions
  • Translate complex requirements into clear product plans, epics, and user stories
  • Identify opportunities to embed AI across platforms and workflows
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, human-centered products
  • Lead agile ceremonies and ensure delivery momentum
  • Validate product outcomes through continuous iteration, stakeholder feedback, and defined success metrics

Other

  • 5–7 years of product management experience leading cross-functional digital teams
  • 1–3 years of proven experience bringing AI-powered products from zero to one and scaling from one to n
  • Proven ability to simplify complex requirements and communicate clearly across stakeholder groups
  • CSPO or equivalent certification preferred
  • Travel (approx. 15% - 25%) when required
  • Physical demands: frequently remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods of time
  • Mental demands: comprehension, organization, reasoning and decision making, communication, resilience
