Klaviyo is looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive business outcomes and evolve the App Ecosystem, specifically the Partner App Experience team, to enhance customer experiences and integrate data in Klaviyo.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience
- Proven experience in product management, with a focus on highly technical products or infrastructure
- Passionate about Product as a craft, and love building amazing B2B SaaS products
- Resourceful and flexible with a strong focus on getting things done
- Track record of owning products
- Experience with Covey or similar tools
- Familiarity with ecommerce and personalized experiences
Responsibilities
- Collaborate and communicate with all teams within the company and all parties outside of the company
- Manage a roadmap and prioritize potential projects for the product area
- Write great specs and define every use case a customer would consider
- Ship features and get value into customer hands
- Mentor and coach product managers on the team
- Learn and become an expert in new areas
- Take ownership of a key area of the product and become the go-to expert
