Upgrade is looking to solve the problem of providing affordable and responsible financial products to customers, and is seeking a product manager to help design and deliver new and better products to improve customers' financial well-being.
Requirements
- Fluency with product development tools

- Experience in financial services and credit card programs preferred
- Previous experience as an analyst/data analyst/product analyst
Responsibilities
- Define and implement key initiatives for Upgrade's credit card product, including critical platform features and growth initiatives
- Work closely with the internal teams and third-party vendors to monitor, troubleshoot and solve issues across the business
- Define new products and features with specs, wireframes, and product flows.
- Work cross-functionally to define, develop, launch and scale our product.
- Analyze the impact of product features and define key metrics for success.
