Healthie is looking to evolve its Charting and Client Engagement products to improve access to healthcare and enable better healthcare outcomes through technology. The goal is to expand and improve the tools that help clinicians deliver exceptional care using Healthie.

- defining and executing the product roadmap for our charting and engagement features
- launching new product capabilities
- guiding the ongoing iteration of existing tools
- translate real-world needs into scalable, technical solutions
- making decisions that impact mission-critical software used by healthcare organizations
Other
- at least 5 years of experience in product management, including 2 or more years working on tools that support complex workflows
- communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, simplifying complex concepts when needed
- strong track record of working cross-functionally to align product strategy with company goals
- confident in managing product roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives, and ensuring timely delivery
- approach challenges with a structured, problem-solving mindset and are comfortable navigating ambiguity
- experience working in healthcare or digital health, or are eager to learn the nuances of the space
- motivated by the opportunity to improve patient outcomes and clinician workflows through thoughtful product design
