Claris International Inc. is looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive strategy, roadmap, and direction setting for their development platform, enabling businesses to create custom applications for digital transformation and solve business problems more efficiently.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in driving the development of products, with a strong focus on rapid application development platforms and related technologies
- Experience writing evaluations for LLM models to ensure AI workflow performance
- Experience creating externally facing/revenue generating products that involve AI workflows with associated model metrics
- 5+ years managing a backlog in JIRA in Scrum specifically as a product manager.
- 2+ years of 0-1 external product launches with Scrum SDLC with proven revenue target attainment.
- Strong experience with shipping software incrementally following agile practices, with Scrum being preferred
- In-depth knowledge of the FileMaker platform and its ecosystem
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Claris' development tools.
- Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide the engineering team.
- Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
- Monitor key product metrics, analyze performance, and iterate on the product to achieve business goals.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer success, to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback to inform product decisions and identify new opportunities.
- Advocate for the needs and preferences of our users, ensuring that our products are intuitive, powerful, and delightful to use.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- MBA or advanced degree is a plus as is a technical background
- Proven track record of successfully managing and launching complex software products.
