- Familiarity with model development workflows, large-scale data infrastructure, and deployment best practices.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the promotional data science product roadmap across multiple business lines.
- Translate business goals into structured product requirements for predictive models, segmentation logic, and experimentation frameworks.
- Partner with Data Science, Engineering, Analytics, and Operations to deploy machine learning systems at scale.
- Champion experimentation by demonstrating business impact, evangelizing results, and incorporating learnings into future roadmaps.
- Build and maintain shared infrastructure for experimentation, model governance, and decision orchestration.
- Ensure end-to-end alignment from data ingestion through model deployment to drive automation, customer value, and marketing ROI.
- Advocate for scalable, ethical, and customer-centric applications of analytics and machine learning.

- Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering alignment, prioritization, and professional development.
- At least 7 years of product management experience, including 2+ years leading product or data science teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, especially in translating technical concepts for non-technical and executive stakeholders.
- Experience balancing long-term vision with short-term delivery in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- Preferred: background in sports, gaming, or consumer technology, particularly in Sportsbook, Fantasy Sports, or Casino.
