Tubi is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of content presentation and personalized user experiences powered by AI/ML, aiming to increase user engagement and viewership.

Requirements

  • 6+ years experience in product management, with some background in AI/ML-driven personalization and content discovery.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and delivering complex, technical, and user-first experiences.
  • Deep understanding of UX principles, with a passion for the finer details.
  • Strong expertise in product experimentation, including A/B testing and iterative development, with the ability to break down a big picture vision into testable hypotheses.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the product vision and roadmap creating compelling assets for our content, how they are presented, helping convert browsing into viewership.
  • Leverage ML/AI and deep user understanding and design impacting our topline company goals and metrics.
  • Design experiences, AI-generated assets, and ML models helping viewers easily explore and make decisions on what to watch next.
  • Own the ML and AI models, ensuring they effectively power personalized recommendations across various user touchpoints.
  • Implement a high rate of experimentation to validate hypotheses, learn from user behavior, and iterate on product features.

  • This is a hybrid role based out of our San Francisco office.
  • Foster a cohesive and high-performing cross-functional team by leading and collaborating with XFN teams including product, engineering, design, and data science, as well as closely work with the content teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; proven ability to influence across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience in the consumer video or entertainment industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
