- Familiarity with performance metrics, service-level agreement concepts, and RESTful APIs
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform product decisions and measure success
- Experience at a B2B SaaS company
- Experience with product offerings that include SLAs
Responsibilities
- Build and own the product roadmap and strategy for your product area
- Work closely with engineers and product designers to bring new products and features to life
- Immerse yourself in understanding our customers, market trends, and the technology landscape
- Stay abreast of our evolving product offerings and work with teams to improve our product accordingly
- Collaborate with user experience researchers to help identify future product opportunities
- Ensure the continued quality and stability of your product to retain customer trust

- 5+ years of Product Management experience
- A genuine interest in technology and innovation in the messaging and customer engagement space
- A proactive, positive, can-do attitude. You drive projects to completion excellently, and are always looking for new ways that processes and products can be improved
- Ability to work within a cross-functional team and balance multiple projects at once
- Eagerness to learn and grow
