Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software product management, shipping SaaS solutions with high level of complexity
- An analytical mindset with the ability to perform product analysis independently using data analysis tools
Responsibilities
- develop a deep understanding of how and why first responders use this information, then create and execute a strategy to scale these capabilities to customers across the United States and internationally.
- develop a plan and roadmap to onboard partners to our Search APIs
- help agencies get more value out of the information they so carefully curate in the system by exposing that information in the right way and advise on the most effective ways for partners to surface it.
- work with your cross-functional team to prioritize the right problems to solve and specify detailed functionality with designers and engineers.
- ensure that there is a clear path to deploying new functionality to customers and making them successful on the product.
- define success quantitatively and install mechanisms to assess your progress.
- provide your well-informed perspective on the access and usage of sensitive crime data that law enforcement personnel routinely use.

- This role is based out of our Seattle, WA office and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation.
