Microsoft is redefining the future of business applications with AI and seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of core Finance capabilities in Dynamics 365 Finance, delivering seamless, touchless experiences that drive business value at scale.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in product management, cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software companies or financial applications for the enterprise.
- 5+ years of experience with the accounting domain and a deep understanding of the related business processes in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
- 4 + years of experience in product management with customer collaboration and design focus when creating products.
- Good knowledge of Large Language Models (LLM), AI, Analytics and Automation, and how it can be applied to accounting domain.
- Understanding of cloud-deployed business solutions.
- Dynamics 365 Finance knowledge or industry leading financial applications.
- Experience with software development
Responsibilities
- Product Leadership: Define and drive the end-to-end product vision, roadmap, and execution for AI-powered Record to Report experiences in Dynamics 365 Finance.
- AI-First Innovation: Lead the development of intelligent agents and automation capabilities that enable touchless financial processes and validation using Large Language Models (LLM) and generative AI.
- Large Language Models (LLM) Strategy & Execution: Define how large language models (LLM) will be embedded across Finance workflows, including success metrics, experimentation plans, and business value realization.
- Customer-Centric Design: Collaborate with customers, partners, data and internal stakeholders to deeply understand finance scenarios and design AI-driven solutions that deliver measurable impact.
- Strategic Planning: Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to shape product strategy and identify differentiators in the AI and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) space.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, data science, design, marketing, and field teams to deliver scalable, high-quality AI solutions.
- Experimentation & Evaluation: Work with engineering and data science teams to run experiments, evaluate model performance, and iterate on AI features across the finance lifecycle.
