Montrose is looking to lead and grow its environmental software portfolio by hiring a Senior Product Manager to guide product strategy, define user needs, and deliver innovative SaaS solutions in LDAR and real-time telemetry.
Requirements
- 15–20 years’ experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner
- Proven track record managing software applications
- Startup experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead full product lifecycle from concept to launch across multiple platforms
- Lead the creation of a new product by combining two existing products together
- Define and manage multi-year product roadmaps
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform strategy
- Partner with stakeholders to define user requirements and use cases
- Manage product backlogs and prioritize development work
- Advocate for customer needs through research and testing
Other
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (preferred)
