Acuity Inc. is looking to transform its financial planning and analysis (FP&A) into a competitive advantage by aligning executive-level reporting with day-to-day business needs across a complex enterprise. The company needs to lead the development and execution of a company-wide FP&A technology roadmap, with OneStream as the foundational platform, ensuring consistent management reporting while meeting the unique needs of each business segment.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with OneStream is required.
  • Experience with Power BI, Oracle Fusion, Oracle EBS, and Azure Data Lake is strongly preferred.
  • Direct experience with OneStream (design, implementation, or administration)
  • Proven track record of delivering cross-functional technology projects
  • Strong understanding of planning cycles, corporate finance operations, and data governance
  • Experience with Power BI for dashboarding and visualization
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion and/or Oracle EBS in a reporting or integration context

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end FP&A product roadmap, with OneStream as the primary platform. Align the roadmap with the priorities of Corporate, ABL, and AIS.
  • Lead enhancements, configuration, and scaling of OneStream as the central FP&A and reporting platform. Drive adoption and maturity of the platform across AYI.
  • Ensure that enterprise-wide reporting is standardized, accurate, and timely—while also allowing for segment-specific flexibility where appropriate.
  • Serve as the voice of the business across multiple stakeholder groups, including Finance leadership, IT, and segment-level users. Translate business goals into technical requirements and development priorities.
  • Collaborate with engineering and data teams to define and prioritize data analytics requirements that support FP&A objectives across all reporting platforms (e.g., OneStream, Power BI, Oracle Fusion, o9).
  • Partner closely with segment FP&A, Corporate Finance, and technical teams to deliver value incrementally. Define epics, user stories, and sprint priorities for agile teams.
  • Develop training plans, champion adoption, and lead change management across user groups to maximize the value of FP&A tools and data.

Other

  • The ideal candidate is located in the Atlanta, GA area.
  • This position requires travel based on business needs.
  • Deep understanding of finance data management, a strategic mindset, and the ability to drive large-scale data initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to define and drive complex product roadmaps that align to both enterprise and segment-level needs.
  • Ability to think big while solving real-world finance problems. Balance long-term architecture goals with short-term business needs.
