MoneyGram is seeking to improve its cross-border money transfers by making them seamless, affordable, and secure for everyone, and is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the Growth Loops domain, specifically Promotions, Referrals, and Loyalty, to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of product management experience, ideally with domain depth in growth, marketing tech, loyalty, or promotions
- Proven success launching complex platform or infrastructure products with cross-functional partners
- Strong analytical skills — you ground product decisions in impact and can work across messy data and proxy signals
- Experience working on systems with high compliance, operational, or fraud considerations
- Comfortable with ambiguous problem spaces — able to move from zero-to-one with clarity and momentum
- Ability to zoom in and out: from customer experience details to long-term roadmap vision
Responsibilities
- Lead a build vs. buy evaluation for our next-generation promotions toolset — balancing speed, extensibility, and cost
- Launch a governed engine to support FX-, fee-, and cash-based offers with segmentation, pricing controls, fraud prevention, and auditability
- Drive experimentation infrastructure: offer types, amounts, timing, targeting — with built-in tracking and incrementality measurement
- Support cross-surface orchestration (web, app, CRM, agent), enabling safe and fast campaign deployment via internal tools
- Define a unified strategy to drive repeat use and advocacy — through referral programs, loyalty rewards, and hybrid incentives
- Rebuild the end-to-end referral experience, including global eligibility rules, offer setup, fraud controls, and sharing flows
- Launch lifecycle-based loyalty logic (e.g. streaks, milestones, reactivation triggers) and support multiple formats like points or credits
Other
- Excellent communicator and collaborator, especially across engineering, marketing, analytics, and operations
- Ability to connect the dots across customer insights, business needs, and technical feasibility
- Thrive in ambiguity and build structure where it doesn’t yet exist
- Drive measurable outcomes while building long-term product and platform foundations
- Travel: Yes, 15 % of the Time
