Upstart is looking to solve the problem of expanding access to affordable credit by leveraging AI lending marketplace, and the Growth team is dedicated to creating a seamless product experience to drive growth and unify Upstart’s product portfolio.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience owning internal platforms, integrations or tools that support marketing, partnerships, or operations
- Experience balancing speed, compliance, and scalability, preferably in a regulated industry
- Proven ability to prioritize, measure and communicate ROI of platform investments
- Strong stakeholder-centric mindset with the ability to translate process and workflow gaps into actionable platform features and enhancements
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to invest in platforms, tools and growth infrastructure to power our partnerships and marketing efforts
- Deeply understand your internal stakeholders through ongoing collaboration, ensuring that our technology enables them to deliver higher quality, personalized campaigns
- Collaborate closely across marketing, partnerships and ops teams at the company, and work with product managers, engineering, analytics, design to align goals and streamline processes
- Make smart trade-offs to inform the ongoing platform roadmap, prioritizing features with the highest business impact, balancing speed, scalability, and compliance
- Own the strategy and execution for our cutting edge internal tools, integrations and infrastructure that power both seamless customer experiences and the platforms that fuel our growth engine
- Drive both large-scale initiatives and smaller, data-driven experiments that optimize customer and business outcomes
- Ensure successful delivery of platform initiatives
