Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Proven ability to define product strategy and drive cross-functional execution.
- Strong analytical and communication skills; adept at influencing technical and business stakeholders.
- Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with executive leadership and functional teams to drive innovation and adoption.
Responsibilities
- Own the long-term product vision, setting strategic direction for internationalization across international product teams and surfaces, balancing local requirements, developer needs, business objectives, and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure our internationalization products and platform services enable the business launch new software experiences and vehicles in new marketplaces quickly and easily.
- Lead a cross-functional team of stakeholders encompassing Legal, Engineering, Program, Design, and Product Management to create platform services that meet customer and business needs.
- Act as the voice of the developer, ensuring platform services meet best-in-class internationalization needs and expectations, even when you don’t directly own the product.
- Actively monitor emerging trends, incorporate data, research, and market analysis to inform, define, prioritize, and drive execution of product roadmap that spans multiple internationalization initiatives.
- Help drive a data-driven culture and establish and monitor key metrics to measure the effectiveness of internationalization initiatives.

- Hybrid: This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the office three times per week, at minimum.
- This position will be located at: Cole Engineering Center in Warren, MI or the Technical Innovation Center in Mountain View, CA.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
- Master’s degree in a relevant field (MBA, Computer Science, AI, or related discipline).
