The business problem is to drive product development for Jira Product Discovery (JPD), a product designed for product managers to capture insights, prioritize impact, and rally teams behind product plans, from discovery through delivery.
Requirements
- You love designing and executing experiments, using a combination of qualitative and quantitative data to measure success.
- You’re comfortable with uncertainty and are able to make data driven decisions without complete evidence.
- You have strong opinions but enjoy being challenged to think about a problem from a different angle.
Responsibilities
- Spend as much time as possible talking to customers and analyzing customer feedback to advise product decisions – including defining the roadmap and executing on the vision.
- Build positive relationship with users and customers to ensure they have the best possible customer experience and relaying information back to the product.
- Work with the rest of the product team on the long term vision of the Jira Product Discovery product, and own roadmaps for your areas.
- Work closely with engineers to define product specs and iterate on experiences as they are delivered.
- Align with the product marketing team to ensure new features are shared with and adopted by customers.
- Collaborate with other product teams at Atlassian on dependencies and commitments
