Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product vision to bring M365 Copilot experience into relevant M365 apps.
- Leverage user behavior insights and Gen AI needs to shape the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) experiences, execute roadmap milestones, and drive Copilot Chat adoption with high user satisfaction.
- Partner with leadership to establish success metrics, monitor adoption trends, and proactively address scale blockers.
- Partner with business planning to ensure alignment of MVP with Copilot product and license tiering.
- Analyze usage data, synthesize user feedback, and lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, and partner teams to experiment on and deliver differentiating innovations.
- Ensure executive visibility through clear communication of progress, learnings, and impact across stakeholders.
- Optimize team workflows through scalable processes and documentation.
