Ashley Furniture Industries is looking for a Senior Product Manager for Production Execution (Manufacturing) to bridge the gap between business and technology, driving product strategy and execution within Manufacturing, specifically focusing on material flow, IoT, labor management, and inventory control.
Requirements
- +5 years of experience in B2B product management, preferably in enterprise software engineering and deep understanding of business operations in relevant Manufacturing Production Execution area.
- Deep understanding of Manufacturing processes like material flow, IoT capabilities (high level), incentive pay, inventory control, and batch/lot control.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proven ability to translate business objectives into a structured product strategy, preferably in the Production Execution area.
- Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Aha!) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies that align with business goals and customer needs. This includes working with Production Execution stakeholders to define product vision, setting OKRs, and creating Manufacturing roadmaps to achieve them.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and engineering teams to develop product requirements.
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on business and technology objectives, customer feedback, and business value.
- Create and maintain detailed product roadmaps.
- Work closely with manufacturing, supply chain, and other key business functions to ensure seamless product integration and execution.
- Utilize data analytics to develop strategies, identify trends, and measure ROI and product performance.
- Support and advocate for Agile methodologies to manage product development. This includes leading and participating in sprint ceremonies to ensure efficiency and alignment.

- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field. MBA is a plus.
