Providence's Marketing team needs to improve the platforms and technology used for planning and executing marketing campaigns, driving efficiency and quality in Marketing Operations and the broader Marketing and Digital Experience (MDeX) team.
Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience with analytics tools, platforms, and languages: SQL, ADO, Tableau, Power BI, or other similar tools.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools to interpret data and guide product decisions.
- Ability to convey complex ideas simply to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience supporting and customizing Workfront solutions including implementing Fusion.
Responsibilities
- Recommending and implementing technology platforms to meet MDeX’s objectives while driving efficiency and quality.
- Serving as the principal admin of that technology.
- Working with end users and stakeholders to understand their needs and develop and implement bespoke solutions.
- Identifying and measuring key operational metrics to inform data-driven decisions.
- Helping to visualize the metrics.
- Supporting and customizing Workfront solutions including implementing Fusion.
Other
- 5 or more years of progressively increasing responsibility in management level experience (project, program, product and/or people) with a focus on data management, analytics, product design, customer engagement, data science, platform development, or related management experience.
- Deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape
- Ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders around product goals
- Skilled in prioritizing features, managing backlogs, and setting timelines
- A successful candidate will be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and critical thinking skills. You will also effectively prioritize work and communicate expectations, opportunities, and results to stakeholders and leaders.
