Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience
  • Your current role may be as a channel operator - perhaps in a marketing channel like email or web - either client side or at an agency
  • Domain knowledge in digital marketing technology, specifically email, search, social and web
  • Experience coordinating requirements across diverse stakeholders, partners, and development teams
  • Ability to define opportunities and problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts and make valid conclusions
  • Familiarity using research, prototypes, experimentation and analytics to guide decision making
  • Ability to work effectively both in a team environment, independently and with remote teams

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that new features are properly released: tested, documented and demoed.
  • Support clients and users with their use of the platform.
  • Feedback into product development based on opportunities and pain points discovered through this process.
  • Directly engage with our airline customers’ subject matter experts, and business leads to ensure adoption of our new features and smooth running of day-to-day operations.
  • Identify new opportunities to make the FLYR Marketing Technology Platform easier and more useful.
  • Write product release notes, deliver demos and drive product adoption.
  • Work directly with engineering to communicate clear product requirements based on client needs.

  • Must be based in one of the following states: Florida, North Carolina, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania.
  • Salary range (for NY and NJ): $142,000/yr - $199,000/yr.
