CoStar Group is seeking a dynamic, high-performing Product Manager to manage our mobile application ecosystem, which is used daily by hundreds of associates who support the backbone of our business: residential research & content curation. You will lead the long-term product vision and focus on the planning and execution of CX throughout the Product Lifecycle.
Requirements
- 5+ years of digital Product Management experience with a proven track record delivering industry leading products and solutions
- 5+ years' experience managing the development of digital content products supporting a search experience
- Experience defining and detailing product requirements and launching products/functionality enhancements to meet customer needs
- Collaborated with development resources to prioritize features in an agile-scrum process
- Experience creating wireframes & mock ups to visually convey and inspire product ideas
- Understanding of content management systems and editorial workflows
- 6+ years of digital Product Management experience with a proven track record delivering industry leading products and solutions
Responsibilities
- crafting clear and actionable problem statements, showcasing your deep understanding of iterative software delivery, and skillfully grooming thin-slice MVPs.
- Drawing from customer insights, you'll shape priorities and contribute to the roadmap for feature development for CoStar’s Residential Research.
- Your keen eye for detail comes into play as you obsess over UX/UI patterns, striving to create world-class omni-channel experiences.
- Taking ownership of the near-term product roadmap, you'll prioritize effectively to deliver on business outcomes.
- Swift identification of points of leverage within complex problems or systems, coupled with data-driven decision-making, will be key to defining success metrics and measurable outcomes.
- Collaboration with Tech partners involves sharing our business strategy and roadmap to establish context, while also leading and facilitating agile ceremonies alongside the Tech Lead.
- Proactively identifying opportunities when key metrics on security, resilience, and performance need attention, you ensure a proactive and strategic approach.

- This position is in Richmond, VA and is in office 4 days a week and work from home Friday.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College.
