- Scrum Product Owner certification preferred

Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap and manage features from ideation to delivery, ensuring high-quality, timely execution across the entire product lifecycle.
- Navigate complexities of product dependencies, risks, and milestones across multiple teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Prioritize and execute on the most impactful features that align with customer needs, business goals, and security standards. Make data-driven tradeoff decisions to ensure successful product outcomes.
- Lead and influence cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, and Marketing, to ensure seamless product development, delivery, and launch. Foster collaboration across teams to drive clarity and alignment on goals, timelines, and execution.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy, ensuring the product stays ahead of market trends and customer expectations.
- Regularly evaluate product outcomes against key performance indicators (KPIs) and use customer and usage data to iterate and refine the product roadmap.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to align on product goals and ensure all requirements are integrated into the roadmap and execution plan. Build strong, trust-based relationships with internal and external customers, partners, and vendors to deliver on business objectives.
Other
- 8+ yrs experience in a Product Manager role with a proven track record of successfully delivering successful outcomes or 5+ years leading Managed Services in the HCM space.
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration experience, with a demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to evangelize product vision and strategy to both technical and non-technical stakeholders to gain buy-in.
- Experience managing and mentoring junior product managers or other team members.
- This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from home or location of record within the U.S. with no in-office requirements.
