- Defining the CX North Star: Developing a deep understanding of our users through research and data, and using those insights to define and execute a roadmap that removes friction and builds trust
- Launching New Capabilities: Leading the rollout of new payment methods and features in our global markets, including traditional and emerging payment technologies like stablecoin, ensuring every launch enhances the user journey
- Driving Growth & Compliance: Collaborating with your cross-functional partners in Engineering, Design, Compliance and Legal to enhance our product offerings and drive growth, while maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance
