Seamless.AI is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager with a passion for and experience in product-led growth (PLG) to own critical initiatives that drive activation, adoption, automation, and ongoing engagement across their platform.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of PLG strategies and growth loops to drive activation, adoption, and retention.
- Proven ability to define, track, and improve key product KPIs such as activation, adoption, retention, and engagement.
- Skilled in leading agile product development, backlog prioritization, and sprint planning to deliver outcomes efficiently and iteratively.
- Skilled at identifying user friction points and building solutions that accelerate time-to-value and long-term engagement.
- Experience implementing self-service, automation, and lifecycle initiatives that enable growth at scale.
- Comfortable with experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, funnel optimization, cohort analysis) and using insights to guide decision-making.
- Deep understanding of growth levers such as onboarding, funnel optimization, lifecycle automation, and product-driven expansion.
Responsibilities
- Own product-led growth strategy with a focus on activation, adoption, automation, and ongoing engagement.
- Define and drive key metrics for adoption, activation, retention, and product engagement.
- Lead agile product development cycles by driving sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and iterative delivery to ensure growth initiatives (activation, adoption, and engagement) are executed effectively and on time.
- Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver scalable, user-centric features and workflows that reduce friction and accelerate customer value.
- Design and execute experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, funnel optimization, cohort analysis) to continuously improve onboarding, usage, and expansion.
- Build and refine automation-driven solutions that enable seamless customer self-service and long-term engagement.
- Collaborate with leadership to align growth initiatives with company vision, revenue strategy, and customer outcomes.

- Lead cross-functional initiatives that span product, GTM, and customer success to ensure PLG is embedded across the organization.
- Mentor and guide other product managers, contributing to a mature, high-performing product organization.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across engineering, design, data, and go-to-market.
- Ability to balance near-term growth opportunities with long-term product vision and organizational goals.
- Exceptional communication skills to align stakeholders, gain buy-in, and inspire teams toward shared outcomes.
- 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years in a senior PM or leadership role.
- Experience leading teams in mature product organizations—balancing strategy, execution, and scaling initiatives across functions.
