Wayfair's Promotions & Pricing team needs to build scalable platforms and front-end experiences that power promotional events and on-site pricing, enabling internal stakeholders to run world-class promotions while ensuring customers have compelling shopping experiences.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data (SQL, Looker, BigQuery) to drive decisions.
- Experience balancing backend platform development with intuitive front-end experiences.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, experimentation, and agile development practices.

- 6+ years of product management experience, ideally in e-commerce or platform products.
- Proven track record of building & scaling impactful platform & customer-facing products.
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams & business leadership, and translate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Customer-first mindset & empathy for both customers & internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
