CDP is looking to build a new Audience Activation Platform (AAP) to provide mission-driven organizations with a more perfect view of their donors, enabling them to glean insights into donor behavior and tailor activities accordingly. The Senior Product Manager will lead this new product area from its inception to growth, aligning it with CDP's mission to sustain a thriving public media system.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Define the Vision & Strategy
- Design, a living, adaptive strategy to achieve that vision, aligned with our organizational strategies and organizational mission
- Develop clear messaging, pricing, and segmentation to maximize organizational outcomes for AAP
- Establish segments, persona, and metrics to deeply understand workflows, needs, pain points and decision-making process for current and future customers, users and stakeholders
- Articulate the tactical priorities that drive vision forward, including innovation and experimentation in addition to features, architecture, and other efforts
- Balance current and long term customer delight alongside business and organizational objectives
- Define north star metric, KPIs, and success criteria
