NEOGOV is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and execution of the Schedule product strategy, ensuring it meets customer needs and remains competitive, compliant, and scalable in the Public Sector market.
Requirements
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Proficiency in product management tools such as JIRA, Aha!, or similar.
- Ability to work under pressure managing multiple parallel tracks such as defects, escalations, new feature development.
- In-depth knowledge of time & attendance, payroll processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the payroll product strategy and roadmap, aligning it with company goals and market needs.
- Continuously assess the payroll product's performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and pivot as necessary.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including engineering, design, operations, and customer support, to ensure the payroll product meets user needs and compliance requirements.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to understand industry trends, regulatory changes, and customer needs.
- Lead the product development process, from ideation to launch.
- Work with engineering teams to define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Ensure that product features are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.
Other
- Minimum of 5 years of product management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Act as the voice of the customer in all product discussions.
