Twin Health is looking to improve the experience around Sensors and internal workflows that power their members' treatment journeys. The goal is to shape how members interact with sensors for their Digital Twin, from setup to data sync, and to ensure support team workflows are efficient and scalable.

Requirements

  • Experience with IoT or connected device ecosystems (CGMs, wearables, smart scales, or medical-grade sensors preferred)
  • Familiarity with agentic workflows, AI/LLM-powered tooling, or internal automation is a strong plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with extensive experience using data to inform decisions, build business cases, and prioritize initiatives
  • Data steward and ability to draw conclusions based on product instrumentation

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end member experience for sensors — from onboarding and setup to ongoing sync and daily use across the treatment journey
  • Own and lead continuous improvements to area metrics such as sensor self-setup success rate, sensor engagement, sensor sentiment and member support team time
  • Define and drive product strategy for integrating third-party health sensors (e.g., CGMs, BP cuffs, Smart scale and fitness wearables) into the member and internal support experience
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product design, engineering, member support and clinical teams to identify friction points and ship intuitive, scalable solutions
  • Manage the full product lifecycle, including discovering and prioritizing problems, documenting workflows, writing specifications, guiding feature development, managing roll-outs, gathering user feedback and evaluating outcomes for continuous improvements
  • Design and execute experiments to optimize sensor engagement and sentiment
  • Build tools and workflows that empower our Member Support team to proactively resolve issues with minimal manual intervention

Other

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with consumer-facing digital products and/or healthtech; experience in enterprise web apps would be a plus
  • Proven track record of owning cross-functional initiatives with measurable business and user impact
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills — able to align stakeholders, inspire teams, and write clearly for technical and non-technical audiences
