Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience
  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration and driving alignment with partners
  • Vision and ability to form, gain buy-in, and drive key strategies shaping the multi-year direction of a team
  • Proven track record of shipping simple, elegant products at scale
  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills
  • Analytical skills and ability to absorb and apply data to decision making

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the product strategy and execution for best-in-class inventory workflows
  • Drive the development of innovative and industry-leading inventory products across web and native platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design, Engineering, Product Marketing, and Data Science, to align and execute the product roadmap
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team fostering an environment that encourages creativity, efficiency, and a commitment to quality
  • Influence key stakeholders across Square to align inventory product vision, prioritization and success with the goals of key customer verticals
