Requirements
8+ years of product management experience
Experience with cross-functional collaboration and driving alignment with partners
Vision and ability to form, gain buy-in, and drive key strategies shaping the multi-year direction of a team
Proven track record of shipping simple, elegant products at scale
Excellent organization and prioritization skills
Analytical skills and ability to absorb and apply data to decision making

Develop and own the product strategy and execution for best-in-class inventory workflows
Drive the development of innovative and industry-leading inventory products across web and native platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design, Engineering, Product Marketing, and Data Science, to align and execute the product roadmap
Lead and inspire a high-performing team fostering an environment that encourages creativity, efficiency, and a commitment to quality
Influence key stakeholders across Square to align inventory product vision, prioritization and success with the goals of key customer verticals
