Requirements

  • Engineering fluency - while not required, a technical background is preferred to build credibility with engineering teams

Responsibilities

  • Own the priorities and scope for a high performing engineering team focused on Cloudflare's SSL/TLS Product
  • Connect the pieces between engineering, program management, marketing, revenue, and partners to ensure timely and impactful product releases
  • Excel across teams to prioritize systemic improvements for enterprise customers
  • Be customer obsessed and directly engage with customers to understand how they use Cloudflare's products
  • Be data driven and analyze data to quantify the impact of problems and opportunities in the SSL/TLS space
  • Contribute to shaping one of Cloudflare's core products - SSL/TLS - a collection of products that enable customers to manage the lifecycle of security certificates, secrets storage, and more
  • Help define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure user engagement, product adoption, and the long-term effectiveness of behavior-driven workflows

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, solutions engineering, or related roles
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
