Requirements
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
Responsibilities
- Build and execute a strategy for becoming the world's most personalized audio streaming service.
- Focus on ML and personalization capabilities that improve our embeddings and content selection models and services, and our personalized recommenders.
- Work cross functionally with stations, sequencing, playlists and recommender owners to understand customer and stakeholder needs, and define strategy to deliver improvements and raise the bar on CX.
- Analyze and leverage existing and new technologies to improve the quality of visual and voice experiences.
- Translate a big vision for the future into a simple set of features we can launch iteratively and experimentally.
- Own underlying discovery technologies for audio that power many of the key features in our apps.
- Define the future of audio as you build innovative experiences that are used by millions of Amazon Music customers.
