Requirements
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
Responsibilities
- Developing and executing the strategic vision for GenAI-powered enterprise solutions
- Identifying opportunities for AI implementation across Amazon's internal tools
- Prioritizing features based on business impact, and creating comprehensive product roadmaps
- Staying current with the rapidly evolving AI landscape and translating user features into business requirements
- Defining success metrics and ensuring alignment between technical capabilities and business objectives
- Conducting user research, analyzing user data, and making data-driven decisions to guide product development
- Overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept through launch and iteration

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
- Managing relationships with senior leadership, effectively communicating product strategy, and driving consensus among diverse stakeholder groups
- Developing launch plans, creating product documentation, and establishing processes for measuring and reporting on product performance and adoption metrics
