Amazon is looking for a Senior Product Manager - Tech to lead the development of reinforcement learning technology and its application to complex problems across Amazon's global supply chain, aiming to develop advanced data pipelines, build optimized algorithms, and deploy automated software solutions.
Requirements
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience managing feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in using analytical tools, such as SQL, Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
- Experience developing AI related products and services
Responsibilities
- Build product roadmap(s) to manage Simulation for networks worldwide
- Work closely with software developers, scientists, analytics, and business teams to get the products developed.
- Envision, define, build and launch simulation products and features that enable our data systems and stakeholders to uncover new insights and fine-tune operations to meet business goals.
- Coordinate feature development across multiple engineering teams to ensure our feature requirements are delivered.
- Drive stakeholder efficiencies through feature enhancements and automation that streamline the data analysis and decision-making process
- Learn the needs, pain points and behavior of the Stores business & supply chain users and develop strong intuition about solutions that will work for them.
- Frame and lead discussions with key business and technical stakeholders to assess opportunities, make data-driven recommendations, and build consensus ahead of important investment decisions.
