Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to stay up-to-date on the latest AI trends / technologies and incorporating them into product solutions
- Experience building and launching AI / ML products
- Experience with data analysis and manipulating large data sets to derive insights, and inform product decisions and process optimization
Responsibilities
- Deliver AI-first solutions to improve underwriting accuracy and efficiency
- Provide technical thought leadership by staying up to date on the latest trends in AI
- Define metrics and goals for underwriting accuracy and efficiency
- Partner closely with engineering, design, and other product managers to define user experiences
- Lead complex internal product launches to drive product adoption and impact
Other
- 5+ years of experience building and launching successful software products
- An ownership mentality; the ability to lead independently and do what it takes to deliver great outcomes
- Ability to articulate complex problems to stakeholders from different areas of the business, and drive decision alignment to actionable outcomes
