Tubi is looking to enhance its Web platform to serve as a more effective top-of-funnel growth engine, aiming to increase viewer acquisition and conversion by optimizing entry points, search engine performance, and mobile web-to-app migration.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and technical constraints around crawlability, indexation, and search ranking.
- Experience driving web-to-app migration or growth across cross-platform ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Redesign high-intent entry points
- Optimize search engine conversion
- Deliver technical and product enhancements like server-side rendering, indexable content, and keyword targeting to drive paid and organic traffic growth.
- Guide mobile web-to-app migration
- Design value-led flows and strategic friction that seamlessly convert high-intent mobile web users into app downloads and long-term engagement.
- Experiment and iterate
- Partner with Data Science to design and analyze A/B tests, uncover insights, and scale successful features across the platform.

- Own the Web Growth roadmap
- Define strategy, OKRs, and success metrics for initiatives that improve conversion, account creation, and mobile web-to-app migration.
- Drive cross-functional alignment
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, SEO, and Growth Marketing to ship impactful initiatives on time and at high quality.
- Champion the user
- Advocate for new users by ensuring frictionless onboarding, transparent value messaging, and a trustworthy streaming experience.
- Experience in the streaming, media, or subscription-based product space.
- Familiarity with international growth, localization, and multi-language UX.
- Strong design sensibility for onboarding and discovery flows.
