- Strong experience as a product manager for SaaS-based collaboration products, AI user interfaces, and a passion for delivering value to drive customer success.
Responsibilities
- Developing product strategies aligned with organizational goals to drive growth and meet customer needs effectively.
- Analyzing economical offerings and industry / technology trends to inform the strategy of the software products that Zoom building.
- Driving through the product lifecycle.
- Collaborating with designers, researchers, and engineering on feature delivery, and work with go to market teams to bring new functionality to market effectively.
- Working with customers and partners to ensure that the solutions you define can be implemented and deployed effectively
