The Security Solution Journey team is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive planning and strengthen field marketing alignment.
Requirements
- 6+ years experience defining planning processes and rythms of business to support marketing teams, including global execution through Field Marketing.
- Master's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 12+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead bi-annual planning cycles and manage the fiscal calendar across teams; prepare executive-ready content for leadership reviews.
- Own the team’s Rhythm of Business, standardize planning tools, and drive cross-functional alignment.
- Advise leaders, align journey plans with field and marketing priorities, and manage briefing content.
- Coordinate with field teams, lead two annual engagement events, and manage a virtual team to drive execution.
- Oversee content planning and governance, coordinate delivery with internal teams and vendors, and track engagement.
- Lead budget planning and compliance, manage vendor contracts and approvals, and ensure fiscal discipline.
