RealWork Labs needs to build and lead the product marketing function to craft positioning, drive go-to-market launches, create content and collateral, and tell the RealWork story to prospects and customers.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in product marketing at a B2B SaaS company, ideally with some exposure to SMB, martech, or vertical SaaS.
- A strong track record of leading product launches, especially in fast-paced or startup environments.
- Excellent storytelling, positioning, and copywriting skills.
- Ability to take ownership and execute across strategy and tactics—you’re comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get things done.
- Confidence presenting to executives and customers alike—you can translate technical features into customer benefits.
- Experience with product packaging and pricing research.
- Background in SEO, CRM, or martech products
Responsibilities
- Define product positioning & messaging across RealWork’s core offerings (AI websites, review automation, SEO/visibility tools, integrations).
- Lead go-to-market launches for new products and features—collaborating with Product, Sales, and CS to drive adoption and engagement.
- Create marketing and sales enablement materials (product one-pagers, demo scripts, pitch decks, competitive battlecards, etc).
- Work closely with the CEO to shape our narrative to investors, partners, and internal teams.
- Own ICP development and segmentation, including persona definition and use-case-based messaging.
- Partner with Product to influence roadmap prioritization based on market and customer insights.
- Work alongside GTM team to identify customer acquisition and engagement channels tailored to home service SMBs.
