- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business
- 5+ years business management/operational experience
- Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in business
- Equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Supports Chief of Staff and leaders in monitoring the organizational health, addressing team culture development, and lead the coordination and execution of key culture initiatives including Diversity and Inclusion, connection and morale, and team onboarding
- Work across the org to ensure that we have the right processes to support our charter to drive durable growth and advantage for Microsoft
- Execute and optimize the rhythm of business, working with senior leaders across teams to achieve outcomes
- Leverage relationships to influence and advise on strategic decisions, content, and expertise
- Drive the agenda for the leadership team and extended leadership team and ensure follow-up on key initiatives
- Ensure our business strategies and team priorities are well-documented and that the initiatives aligned with those strategies are understood and prioritized across teams
- Own and update the team SharePoint ensuring all content is current, accessible, and relevant to the team
