Microsoft’s Global Marketing Engines & Experiences (GMEE) organization is transforming marketing at Microsoft by driving programs that engage customers personally and deliver measurable business outcomes. Within GMEE, eCommerce is foundational for acquiring and building long-term customer relationships at scale. This Senior Product Marketing Manager, Commercial eCommerce role will be responsible for the customer experience strategy for all eCommerce customers throughout the lifecycle.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in product marketing, business strategy, or eCommerce growth roles, ideally within technology or SaaS environments.
- 5+ years experience in analytical skills, with ability to translate data and telemetry insights into compelling business cases and investment narratives.
- 5+ years experience cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence others and drive alignment.
- 5+ years experience managing successful customer programs and initiatives.
- 3+ years experience with marketing AI products
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning and execution to improve the eCommerce customer experience.
- Leverage performance data and customer lifecycle insights to spotlight trends and opportunities.
- Analyze and recommend customer journey optimizations designed to improve eCommerce customer experience.
- Build relationships and drive ideation and alignment across eCommerce, product marketing, marketing, engineering and finance teams to deliver business impact.
