Player 15 Group is seeking a Sr. Product Marketing Manager, Digital Fan Engagement to drive digital engagement, monetization opportunities, and loyalty/rewards program development for Phoenix Suns, Phoenix Mercury, and Mortgage Matchup Center
Requirements
- Strong understanding of the digital landscape, including loyalty programs, rewards marketing, fan monetization, subscription strategy, analytics, and digital commerce
- Experience working on mobile app product marketing, app releases and product launches and working with app developers and integration partners
- Experience with CRM, data-analytics, loyalty or rewards platforms, and subscription lifecycle management
- Relevant Platform Certifications
- 6+ years of experience working on/with mobile apps and associated technologies
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and execution for fan monetization campaigns tied to digital engagement, rewards programs, and loyalty initiatives
- Own and optimize our mobile app roadmap by working with our app developer; enhancing rewards program integration, loyalty offers, subscription access, and in-app purchases
- Develop a business plan for a Suns & Mercury rewards program, leveraging existing PHX ID program, built for driving fan acquisition, retention, and incremental revenue
- Create app GTM campaigns that drive adoption, gamification, monetized fan experiences, and promotions tied to PHX ID functionality
- Develop and execute Suns+ / Merc+ subscription strategy: drive awareness, sign-ups, retention, and upsell through targeted campaigns, leveraging exclusive content and premium experiences
- Work with Business Intelligence and Lifecycle Marketing to identify fan segments and deliver personalized offers, loyalty experiences, and subscription campaigns to drive incremental value
- Provide campaign insights and summaries of the effectiveness of digital campaigns with a focus on revenue impact, program growth, PHX ID adoption, and Suns+ / Merc+ performance
