SoFi is looking to define and drive the marketing strategy for its proprietary ETFs to increase awareness, acquisition, and engagement, ultimately contributing to the growth of SoFi Invest.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience marketing ETFs
- 5+ years of Product Marketing and/or Growth Marketing experience
- 2+ years of lifecycle marketing experience (including email, push and in app)
- Direct experience driving rapid growth for a financial technology product
- Experience combining strategic thinking with tactical execution and project management skills to drive growth through diverse channel mixes
- Use data to drive strategy, execution, and optimization
- Invest category experience and interest is a plus
Responsibilities
- Develop, own, and iterate on SoFi ETF launches to maximize impact and adoption
- Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel acquisition strategies with a growth marketing mindset based on consumer, competitive, and Member insights
- Work alongside our in-house creative studio and channel owners to develop channel-specific plans, write creative briefs, and develop breakthrough creative that will be deployed across those channels.
- Manage and execute engagement initiatives as an extension of lifecycle marketing to drive ETF awareness and adoption
- Partner with the Brand & PR team to drive ETF awareness via upper funnel marketing and PR efforts
- Define SoFi ETF's value proposition, go-to-market (GTM) plan, acquisition, and engagement strategy.
- Develop and iterating on messaging to propel ETF awareness and engagement, including end to end testing (primarily focused on lifecycle marketing to start).
