Sketchy is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Institutional to help drive their next chapter of institutional growth by building go-to-market execution across various educational programs.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing, institutional marketing, or B2B education marketing
- Strong quantitative skills and familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Looker, HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Experience managing assets and deliverables across multiple programs and stakeholders
- Deep curiosity about AI and its potential to reshape medical and health education
Responsibilities
- Execute go-to-market plans for institutional offerings across all programs (UME, GME, CME, NP, PA, MCAT)
- Develop product messaging and positioning that resonates with educators, administrators, and academic decision-makers
- Own the creation and management of sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, email templates, and case studies
- Lead messaging and collateral development for conferences and events, in partnership with our Brand Marketing leader (who owns the overall event strategy)
- Partner with Sales to support webinars, workshops, and educational campaigns that fuel the institutional pipeline
- Conduct quantitative research to drive segment understanding, opportunity sizing, and campaign focus
- Maintain awareness of the competitive landscape and surface insights that inform positioning and go-to-market
