Salesforce is looking for a Senior Manager of Product Marketing to join their Sales Cloud team, specifically supporting the Sales Performance Management (SPM) product portfolio. The goal is to craft compelling messaging and positioning, define go-to-market strategies, and enable the sales team to drive pipeline and accelerate growth for SPM products.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in product marketing for a B2B SaaS company, with a proven track record of bringing products to market with messaging and driving growth.
- Experience with Salesforce products and/or other SaaS and B2B technology platforms.
- A passion for and familiarity with the sales operations space, including sales planning, incentives, or territory management.
- Eagerness to explore and apply evolving AI tools to enhance product marketing deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine the core messaging, value proposition, and competitive positioning for products within the Sales Performance Management portfolio.
- Lead product launches and orchestrate go-to-market strategies that generate pipeline and accelerate growth.
- Create high-impact sales enablement materials and scalable processes, including pitch decks, demos, training content, and competitive battlecards.
- Lead the creation of thought leadership and product content that builds awareness and fuels the sales funnel.
- Translate complex product features into simple, powerful stories that resonate with sales operations and leadership personas.
- Develop launch plans, drive always-on sales plays and programs, and lead and execute event and workshop strategy.
- Empower our dedicated SPM sales team to effectively communicate our value and close more deals.
