Aptean is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Specialist - AI and Analytics to focus on the AI and analytics capabilities of AppCentral and Aptean's expanding intelligent ecosystem. The role aims to translate complex technical concepts into customer messages, value propositions, sales enablement, and marketing briefs.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of generative AI, AI agents, agentic workflows, LLMs and predictive analytics
- SaaS, PaaS and/or digital transformation experience
- Demonstrated ability to bridge technical depth and creative storytelling, comfortable floating between data models and messaging frameworks.
- Strong grasp of marketing fundamentals with the ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and performance optimization.
- Experience with business analytics tools such as Power BI preferred
- Hands-on data analytics experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Position AppCentral’s AI capabilities and intelligent ecosystem in the market by translating complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions.
- Create marketing collateral (e.g., datasheets, whitepapers, presentations) that explain AI functionality and benefits to various audiences.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the AI space.
- Support sales enablement team with messaging and details with training, pitch decks, and objection-handling materials tailored to AI offerings.
- Measure campaign performance and optimize messaging based on engagement and conversion metrics.
- Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and sales to align marketing initiatives with product roadmap milestones and customer needs.
- Support go-to-market efforts for new AI features and updates, including launch planning, internal enablement, and external communications.

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in product marketing or product management, with a technical background preferred
- Proven success collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales teams to drive strategic initiatives and execution.
- Curious learner with the ability to work collaboratively and adapt quickly to new challenges in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, data science, computer science, engineering, or a related field preferred.
