Safelite is looking to improve its digital products to better support field associates and make it easier for customers to schedule and manage auto glass appointments. The Senior Product Operations Analyst will act as the voice of the business and user, ensuring efficient and quality delivery of new features, analyzing A/B test outcomes, and recommending iterations.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of using Google Analytics or similar web tools (required)
 
- 1-3 years of using Quantum Metric or similar digital user monitoring tools (preferred)
 
- 1-3 years of using development team tools like Jira and ServiceNow ticket systems (preferred)
 
Responsibilities
- Act as primary point of contact for software vendor support team, assigning work and ensuring deliverables are met in a timely manner.
 
- Support Product Managers in building, prioritizing, monitoring/editing, and maintaining the flow of Team Backlog to ensure the delivery of the customer satisfaction and business value
 
- Support intake and triage of feedback on the digital sites (production issues, survey feedback, or common friction points)
 
- Visualize key metrics on an ongoing basis to communicate out to product, marketing, and exec teams on the health of the site
 
- Analyze the sales funnel and identify reasons users drop off and relay problems statements to the PM
 
- Define success measures by developing Key Performance Indicators and other user/business metrics, in close partnership with Product and other subject areas such as engineering, operations and analytics
 
- Maintain product functionality documentation, be the master of 'how it works today'

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
