NEOGOV is looking for a Senior Product Operations Manager to scale how their Product organization plans, executes, and learns, by building an operating system to keep their multi-product SaaS portfolio aligned, efficient, and outcome-focused.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program/Portfolio Management, or Product Management in a SaaS environment.
- Proven success designing and running scalable product processes across multi-product organizations.
- Strong analytical acumen; experience using data visualization or BI tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Tableau).
- Familiarity with product and work management tools like Dragonboat, Aha!, Jira, and Confluence.
- Understanding of AI-assisted workflows and how to deploy them responsibly within business operations.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve planning cadences, roadmap governance, and executive scorecard reporting to improve visibility, predictability, and alignment across the portfolio.
- Operationalize frameworks for measuring adoption and engagement, and partner across functions to integrate new data signals into AI environments that elevate product decision-making quality.
- Partner with Product, Design, and the PMO to enhance planning tools, strengthen agile practices, and deliver continuous enablement that empowers teams to move faster with confidence.
- Coordinate go-to-market readiness with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations. Ensure every product release has clear value articulation, risk management, and adoption tracking.
- Scale and introduce, where possible, AI-assisted workflows (e.g., summarization, documentation support) to increase efficiency while maintaining human oversight.
- Manage investment reviews, capacity planning, and executive-level reporting to drive predictability and ROI.
Other
- This is a remote role from anywhere in the US and Canada.
- A systems thinker who thrives on turning complexity into clarity.
- Customer-obsessed, data-informed, and relentlessly focused on execution.
- A self-starter who operates independently, takes initiative to identify and solve operational gaps, and drives improvements without heavy direction.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills; able to influence without authority.
